Gobi Grace Return & Exchange Policy (North America Only)
We take pride in the craftsmanship and care behind every Gobi Grace piece. If your order isn’t quite right, we’re here to make the process smooth and respectful.
Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. This policy applies to orders shipped within the United States and Canada.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition

All tags must be attached

Items must be returned in the original packaging

Include your receipt or proof of purchase
A Deal for Keeps (Final Sale)
To keep our prices as accessible as possible, please note:
Final Sale: Items marked as “Sale,” purchased from a “Clearance” collection, or bought during a specific promotional event are considered Final Sale. These items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit.
If a Final Sale item is returned, a $10 restocking fee per item will be deducted from the refund amount.
Exclusions: Gift cards are non-returnable.
Defects: If a Final Sale item arrives damaged or defective, please see the Damages & Issues section below.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@gobigrace.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide:

Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Exchanges (Size Only)
If you need a different size for a regular-priced item, please contact us. Once your return is approved and the requested size is available, we’ll ship your exchange after receiving the original item.
Shipping for exchange items is the responsibility of the customer.
Note: Items purchased through Klarna are not eligible for exchanges. Sale items are not eligible for size exchanges.
Damages & Issues
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue, regardless of whether the item was a final sale or regular purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved:

Bank and credit card timelines may vary
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
