At Gobi Grace, we believe that every piece—crafted with care in Mongolia’s Gobi Desert—deserves thoughtful packaging, reliable delivery, and minimal environmental impact. Below you’ll find our domestic and international shipping details.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may extend up to 3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

Packaging & Sustainability
We use 100% recyclable mailers or biodegradable boxes, and we partner with carbon-offset programs to neutralize shipping emissions. Every package includes a small card detailing our commitment to artisans, the environment, and the nomadic communities that inspire us.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive:
- A shipping confirmation email
- A unique tracking number
- A link to track your package in real time
If you don’t see your tracking number within seven days of purchase, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments
If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated window:
- Verify tracking status with the carrier.
- If there’s no update after 48 hours, email us at support@gobigrace.com.
- We’ll open an investigation and—if the carrier confirms loss—send a replacement or issue a refund.
